Official trailer and plot of Vanangaan

A man named Koti, who is both deaf and mute, resides in Kanyakumari with his sister Devi. They manage their livelihood through various temporary tasks. Tragically, they lost their parents during the 2004 tsunami, and were subsequently raised by a compassionate priest. Despite his physical limitations, Koti bravely fights against injustice, particularly crimes directed towards women.

Tina, who’s from the area, has been secretly admiring Koti for quite some time. Despite her feelings, Koti doesn’t seem to notice. Over the course of events, Koti develops affection for Tina and it’s through her assistance that he manages to secure a position at an orphanage. There, he establishes a strong connection with visually impaired girls residing there. One day, he finds out that three staff members were mistreating these girls. In response, Koti takes action, killing two of the offenders and then turning himself in. However, he remains silent about his reasons for such actions.

Following his release on bail, Koti tracks down and slays the third individual. However, the truth eventually surfaces, resulting in Koti’s freedom once more. Unbeknownst to this, Devi ends her life out of despair, thinking he would be sentenced to death, leaving Koti devastated.

As a die-hard fan, I can’t help but share my excitement about the upcoming movie, “Vanangaan.” This masterpiece is the brainchild of none other than the talented Bala, who not only directed and wrote it, but also co-produced it with Suresh Kamatchi.

In the lead role, we have the versatile Arun Vijay, while Ridha and Roshni Prakash take on pivotal roles that promise to make this a film to remember. The stunning visuals are handled by the skilled R. B. Gurudev, and Sathish Suriya has taken charge of editing to ensure a smooth and engaging narrative.
