GV Prakash REACTS to dating rumors with co-star being reason behind divorce from Saindhavi: ‘We don’t even…’

Recently, GV Prakash clarified persistent gossip about him and his co-star Divya Bharathi, explaining that they had been falsely linked due to incorrect assumptions that she played a role in his divorce from his former spouse, Saindhavi.

During a chat with Galatta, GV Prakash shared that whispers of him and Divya Bharathi dating began after their movie Bachelor was released.

To set the record straight, the former actor emphasized that Divya is simply a fellow coworker, and there’s absolutely no personal bond between them off the movie set.

I’ve clarified the situation: “Following my Bachelor days, people seem to think we’re romantically involved. In reality, we’re just colleagues who cross paths only on set. We don’t socialize outside our working environment or even on different floors.” Additionally, I felt it necessary to address the rumors: “The gossips might blame us for this, but remember, it’s not us fueling these speculations.

Besides GV Prakash, Divya Bharathi too publicly addressed the issue and shared that she had been unfairly blamed by many for being the cause of GV Prakash’s divorce. She spoke about receiving messages from fans who seemed to hold her accountable for their marital conflict.

At the close of the day, Divya admitted she felt remorseful about it, yet recognized the circumstances as they were complex, given certain aspects were simply not within her power to manage.

Additionally, she mentioned that following GV Prakash’s recent concert with his ex-wife, she has been subjected to an increased number of internet trolls. She expressed that people have often accused her of causing harm or destruction in someone’s life.

Back in May 2024, for those not in the know, GV Prakash and Saindhavi made a joint announcement that they were parting ways amicably.
