Debutant director Vijay Karthikeyaa masterfully steered this film, which was met with warm applause and favorable reviews in cinemas. As an ardent admirer, I can’t help but delve into the captivating narrative that unfolds around the enigmatic character of Kichcha Sudeep, brilliantly portraying Inspector Arjun Mahakshay, or simply put, Max. The plot takes a dramatic turn when Max finds himself in the midst of a personal catastrophe, following an unexplained suspension. However, the real turmoil begins when Michael and Veera, the privileged sons of our local minister, tragically lose their lives within the very walls of Max’s police station. This chilling incident sets the stage for a rollercoaster ride of suspense, mystery, and intrigue that leaves me absolutely enthralled!

In order to handle the predicament, he chooses to mislead the commissioner and, with the aid of other police officers, they try to dispose of the corpses. As the situation intensifies, the latter part of the movie focuses on Max and his squad taking down the minister’s associates.

Cast and crew of Max

max is a movie helmed by director Vijay Karthikeyaa, with production credits going to Kalaippuli S. Thanu, Kichcha Sudeep under their respective banners, V Creations and Kichcha Creatiions. The visuals are captured by Shekhar Chandra, the editing is handled by S. R. Ganesh Baabu, and B. Ajaneesh Loknath takes care of the music composition for this film.

In this production, Kichcha Sudeep portrays the role of CI Inspector Arjun Mahakshay, better known as Max, working alongside Varalaxmi Sarathkumar who takes on the character of CID Inspector Roopa. Sunil is cast in the part of Ganesh, while Ilavarasu will be playing Head Constable Ravanan.

In this production, Ugramm Manju is cast as Constable Das, Samyukta Hornad as Inspector Arati, Sukrutha Wagle portrays Constable Meena, and Sudha Belawadi takes on the role of Arjun’s mother. Sharath Lohithaswa assumes the character of Minister Parashuram, Vamsi Krishna is Narasimha, Aadukalam Naren appears as Minister Daniel, Pramod Shetty plays Devraj, a local corporator, and Redin Kingsley takes on the role of Sebastian.
