Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater officially confirms August 2025 release date

Konami, the developer behind Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater, has formally announced its release date. A brand-new trailer was unveiled today, revealing various new aspects of the game such as Snake’s confrontations with Volgin, interactions with spectral entity The Sorrow, and meetings with Eve. Moreover, it has been confirmed that Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater will hit the shelves in August 2025.

At the PlayStation State of Play event in February 2025, Konami unveiled a fresh glimpse of Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater. During this presentation, it was announced that the remake of Snake Eater will hit stores on August 28, 2025, and will be available for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC systems. To top it all off, Konami also confirmed that the fan-favorite bonus game, Snake vs. Monkey, will make a return, enabling players to capture Ape Escape monkeys in the game’s jungle as Snake.
