Talk To Betty The Innkeeper

To embark on this journey, first, approach Innkeeper Betty for a chat. She’ll share her frustrations about the Cumans and ask you to seek more details from Vuytek in the village. Head towards the indicated spot on your map and engage with Vuytek for additional information.

To prevent the Cumans from returning, he wants you to take on this task and move towards the given coordinates. Since you’re not sure about their current whereabouts, it might be best to inquire about their location from either Bozhena or the Shepherd.

As a gamer, I’d recommend trekking over to Bozhena’s place. She’s got the lowdown on where the Cuman tribe is hiding out these days. She’ll point you towards a precise location, so keep those coordinates handy. Once you reach the Nomad camp, simply follow the slope downwards, and voila! The Cumans’ camp will be waiting for you just up ahead.

Talk To The Cumans

As I find myself at the Cuman camp now, it’s best I have a chat with Vasko. He’ll likely fill me in on the recent events, and he might not take kindly to me suggesting I shouldn’t return to Troskowitz. To keep things friendly between us, I should steer clear of choosing the ‘it’s a threat’ option. Instead, I’ll opt for another response to maintain his good favor.

Make sure to drink with Vasko whenever he asks you to, as this will deepen the relationship.

I’d love to engage in a heart-to-heart with him, asking if he happened to be at Skalitz during the time of Henry’s parents’ demise. To hang out with Jasak and win the girl’s time, ensure your stats are impressive enough. If you don’t manage to succeed, be prepared for Jasak becoming angry and attacking you. In that case, defend yourself and defeat him before returning to the camp.

If you succeed with your skills, then the girl will ask Jasak to spend some more time with her.

After returning to the camp, engage in a conversation with Vasko, delving into various topics. As the night wears on, you’ll find yourselves quite tipsy. In their inebriated state, both Henry and Vasko venture out to seek more liquor.

Should you eliminate the Cumans, it’s likely that their fellow tribes will sever ties with you as well, making them unavailable for alliance during subsequent stages of the game. It would therefore be wise to maintain a peaceful rapport with them instead.

Later on, Vasko will lose consciousness, and Henry will begin experiencing a hallucination of a canine conversing with him.

2. Your sight will cloud over, and darkness will envelop you. But don’t worry, Vasko will commence singing, so harmonize with him to garner a substantial boost in reputation. After some time, Vasko will collapse, leaving Henry to hallucinate a chatty dog.

3. Your vision will grow fuzzy and the night will descend upon you. Yet, take heart, for Vasko will start singing, so lend your voice to him to earn a substantial increase in esteem. Following this, Vasko will succumb, and Henry will hallucinate a dog conversing with him.

4. Your eyesight will become indistinct, and the darkness will close in on you. Nevertheless, be encouraged, for Vasko will strike up a song, so sing along to earn a significant rise in respect. Later on, Vasko will pass out, leaving Henry to imagine a dog chatting with him.

5. Your vision will blur, and the night will set in. But don’t be disheartened, for Vasko will begin singing, so sing in harmony with him to gain a substantial enhancement of reputation. Eventually, Vasko will faint, and Henry will hallucinate a talking dog.

After chatting with the dog, he’ll offer some guidance. Subsequently, look for additional liquor. Make sure you have your flashlight handy, and just beyond Vasko, you’ll spot a gap between two boulders. That’s where the liquor is hidden, so retrieve it and make your way back to the camp. By then, Vasko should be there too, so join him for more drinks.

It comes as no shock that Henry loses self-restraint, removes his garments, and leaps into the river. Subsequently, you’ll converse with Vasko, and he’ll consent to avoid visiting Troskowitz from now on.

After chatting with Vasko, it’s likely that both of you will experience a hangover upon waking up. To put it simply, Henry will feel lightheaded and, let me add, he’ll be without any clothes on. Since you’ll still be under the influence, visiting Vuytek in this state may not be smart because he might find your words hard to trust.

To return to your usual self, consider delaying for a while before donning your garments once more. Then, approach Vyutek and inform him that you’ve handled the Cumans. It’s also an option to deceive him by claiming you’ve eliminated them, but this requires excellent communication skills; if not done well, it could lead to complications.

Once you’ve shared the details of the deal with Vyutek, the quest will be completed and you will be given 25 Groschen as a reward.
