At first, he found it tough to overcome the Scorpion and failed to persuade his companion to steer clear of the dangerous predicament. Regardless of his attempts, he seems unable to transform into the superior individual he’s destined to be, and is at a loss as to how to meet people’s high standards for him.
In simpler terms, Norman urges Peter Parker to stop holding back and instead, acknowledge and utilize his abilities without fear. He encourages Peter by reminding him that in this world, power brings respect, and if one lacks it, they have nothing. Essentially, he’s asking Peter to make people admire him by demonstrating respect through his actions.
In the meantime, Chameleon guides Big Donovan towards Otto’s hidden stash, which leads Donnie to mobilize his group. Simultaneously, Harry encourages Peter to define his own kind of Spider-Man hero.
