This game is perfect for anyone who’s looking for cozy games that help you unwind:
A Cozy Game With Constant New Features
In the game Travellers Rest, developed by Isoloted Games, you assume the role of an innkeeper tasked with transforming a run-down tavern into a thriving resting place. To achieve this, you’ll need to renovate the dilapidated building, grow and harvest your own produce for cooking delightful meals and beverages for your guests. As your establishment flourishes, you can recruit staff, acquire new items, and design additional rooms where weary travelers can find solace.
Back in 2020, I got my hands on this fantastic game that’s still in its early stages of development. That means it’s continually evolving and receiving new features and updates. Fast forward to 2023, and a local multiplayer mode was introduced, with an online multiplayer mode currently under active development. Recently, the beta for the online mode has been added, allowing me and up to three friends from across the globe to collaboratively manage our virtual pub!
An Expanding World
However, it’s not necessary to confine yourself only within your tavern. In 2024, the creators expanded the game with a town to wander around too. This new area features additional characters to interact with, as well as a marketplace where you can acquire distinctive items.
We have a major update for #TravellersRest! Expect a fresh story opening, a new tutorial guiding you through this realm, and a city ripe for exploration.
Looking forward to seeing you in July.

The narrative for the game is yet to be fully completed, meaning there’s plenty more exciting content on the horizon! Some fresh additions to the game include expanded character customization features, automated irrigation systems that ease the burden of watering plants, and beekeeping options that allow you to harvest honey and wax!
If you’re searching for a charming game set in a pixel-perfect landscape, then “Travellers Rest” is just the ticket for you and your companions! And if you’ve found solace in playing “Stardew Valley“, then you’ll definitely enjoy delving into “Travellers Rest“.
