It’s predicted that the Red Hulk will come out victorious in a battle against Smart Hulk. This is mainly because Red Hulk carries over the intellect and strategic thinking from General Thaddeus “Thunderbolt” Ross. Ross, with his extensive military background, has honed his skills as a formidable combatant over the years.

In contrast to the Smart Hulk, who’s expertise from his scientific or gamma radiation background might not aid them much in their battle, it seems that the Red Hulk could devise strategies to make Hulk weaker and ultimately win the fight.
