What happens in the Final Destination Bloodlines trailer?
As a thrilled fan, I’ve just had a chilling glimpse of the trailer for Final Destination: Bloodlines. It reveals Death snatching another hapless victim, this time a tattoo artist like me. In a freak accident, their nose ring got tangled in a chain suspended from a ceiling fan. Moments later, they were hurled into an unexpected inferno that had broken out within the shop, adding a new twist to the series’ signature deadly sequences.
Terrified by a persistent, nightmarish vision, college student Stefanie journeys home in search of someone who could potentially end this recurring nightmare and prevent her family from meeting an imminent, gruesome fate.
In this film, you’ll find actors like Kaitlyn Santa Juana, Teo Briones, Richard Harmon, Owen Patrick Joyner, Rya Kihlstedt, Anna Lore, Brec Bassinger, and Tony Todd as part of the star-studded lineup.
The screenplay for the film is penned by Guy Busick and Lori Evans Taylor, developed from a story by Busick, Taylor, and Jon Watts. Watts co-produces the movie alongside Craig Perry, Sheila Hanahan Taylor, Dianne McGunigle, and Toby Emmerich. Meanwhile, David Siegel, Warren Zide, Pete Chiappetta, Andrew Lary, and Anthony Tittanegro are listed as executive producers.
The first movie in the “Final Destination” series, helmed by James Wong, hit the screens in March of 2000. Since then, we’ve seen “Final Destination 2” in 2003, “Final Destination 3” in 2006, “The Final Destination” in 2009, and “Final Destination 5” in 2011. At present, you can find all five films from the “Final Destination” series on Max for streaming.
In U.S. theaters and IMAX cinemas, the movie “Final Destination Bloodlines” will premiere on May 16, 2025, distributed by Warner Bros. Pictures.
