Despite Trump’s administration not outlining specific policies or promises towards the LGBTQ community, Lady Gaga predicted that the next four years might be tough. She expressed determination, saying, “We’ll stand together, it won’t be easy but I’m ready. We’re ready. And I want everyone to know how profoundly they’re valued and seen.” In essence, her words served as a comforting reminder that the community is visible and loved.
Recently, the Trump administration issued an executive order stating that there are only two genders – male and female. They also asked federal employees not to advocate for gender ideologies within their departments. In his inaugural speech, President Trump expressed support for these two genders exclusively. Furthermore, under his leadership, a ban on gender-transition surgery for minors has been implemented.
