Netflix has revealed the images for the upcoming movie titled “Fear Street: Prom Queen“, which is part of its successful horror film series inspired by the book of the same name written by R.L. Stine. As of now, the film is scheduled to be released sometime in this year.
In the upcoming chapter of the violent Fear Street series, the students at Shadyside High are preparing for their spring dance. The group of popular girls, known as the school’s wolfpack, are busy maneuvering to maintain their positions of power. However, things take an unexpected turn when a brave newcomer is added to the court, and other girls begin vanishing mysteriously. This leaves the class of ’88 in for a night of terror during prom.

In this production, we’ll be showcasing some of the key actors, such as Fina Strazza (from Paper Girls) portraying Tiffany Falconer, India Fowler (known for The Agency) as Lori Granger, Arianna Greenblatt (starring in Barbie) playing Christy Renault, Ella Rubin (from The Idea of You) as Melissa Mckendrick, and Rebecca Ablack (familiar from Let It Snow) as Debbie. Additionally, our talented ensemble includes Suzanna Son (Red Rocket), David Iacono (The Summer I Turned Pretty), Chris Klein (Sweet Magnolias), Lili Taylor (Outer Range), and Katherine Waterston (The End We Start From).
Fear Street: Prom Queen
In this new installment of the Fear Street series, Matt Palmer takes the director’s chair, having collaborated on the script with Donald McLeary. This upcoming sequel is set in 1988 and fits between the first three parts: Fear Street Part One: 1994, Fear Street Part Two: 1978, and Fear Street Part Three: 1666. The production team includes Kori Adelson, Dan Bernard, Peter Chernin, August Linn, and Jenno Topping, with Yvonne M. Bernard, Jane Stine, and Joan Waricha acting as executive producers.
