The TV series titled “Beast Games” premiered on Amazon Prime Video on December 19, 2024. Consisting of 10 episodes, it’s scheduled to end on February 13, 2025. Despite negative feedback from critics, it has garnered significant viewership on Prime Video. The show hasn’t been officially renewed for a second season yet, but with Jimmy “MrBeast” Donaldson, the most popular YouTuber and co-creator of Beast Games, expressing confidence that Season 2 will indeed take place.
MrBeast is 100% sure Beast Games Season 2 will happen
During his interview on The Colin and Samir Show, MrBeast expressed confidence that Beast Games Season 2 will be produced. When asked if Seasons 2 and 3 were in the works, he replied, “I’ve been advised not to discuss potential future seasons, but here’s the thing: I really enjoyed what we accomplished with Beast Games. I’m going to make it happen. I had a great experience working with Prime Video, so I’m certain we’ll carry on with them.” MrBeast was adamant that the idea of Beast Games would definitely persist, stating, “There’s no chance I won’t do it.
Later on, the well-known influencer on social media was questioned if he’d be willing to host the show with a thousand competitors once more, or perhaps even more. With a chuckle, MrBeast replied, “Oh, it was quite an undertaking. Now I understand why nobody has ever attempted a thousand before.
Previously during the conversation, MrBeast discussed his choice to publish the show’s episodes on a weekly basis instead of all at once. “Making that decision was quite challenging,” he said. “I believe weekly is the best approach, particularly for us given the immense and impressive nature of these episodes. I feel that after viewing, there’s a need for time to absorb the abundance of events that transpired.” He pointed out that releasing them weekly encourages viewers to engage in conversations among themselves, significantly enhancing the “watching experience.” Nevertheless, he didn’t dismiss the possibility of releasing the second season in one go.
Standout fact: The initial episodes of Beast Games premiered simultaneously. Subsequently, new episodes will be released every Thursday.
