Actress Kate Mara, known for her roles in “House of Cards” and “Pose”, has been chosen to be part of the cast for Apple TV+’s upcoming psychological thriller miniseries titled “Imperfect Women“. Mara’s current TV project marks a new endeavor, following a year-long hiatus since she appeared in the 2023 thriller miniseries Class of ’09 and Black Mirror Season 6. In the pipeline for her are two upcoming films: the suspenseful film The Dutchman alongside Andre Holland and Zazie Beetz; and the sci-fi horror flick The Astronaut, featuring Gabriel Luna.

Penned by Annie Weisman, who previously collaborated with Apple TV+ on the Rose Byrne-led three-season dramedy that concluded in September 2023, “Imperfect Women” is described as a psychological thriller.
This limited drama is being produced under the joint effort of 20th Television and Apple Studios, with Lindsey McManus, Pilar Savone, and Hall serving as executive producers alongside Weisman.
