The movie directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj has just concluded its shooting in Bangkok, and this morning, the actor was spotted heading back to Chennai. In a brief conversation with the media, the legendary star expressed his thoughts on Ajith Kumar receiving the Padma Bhushan award.

For those who may not know, Thalaiva received the Padma Bhushan award in the year 2000 and later was honored with the Padma Vibhushan in 2016.
Currently, it’s been revealed that Ajith Kumar, Nandamuri Balakrishna, and actress Shobana – all prominent figures in the Southern film industry – will receive the third-highest civilian honor of India.
In the year 2025, a grand number of 19 individuals will be honored with the Padma Bhushan award. Among them are many well-known figures hailing from the Indian film and music industries.
Moving on to Rajinikanth, apart from his film “Coolie”, the seasoned actor is also set for “Jailer 2”. This upcoming project of director Nelson has already piqued interest as it has just released a captivating teaser.
