This crime thriller received favorable feedback and it’s worth noting that it was Sreeraj Sreenivasan’s directorial debut. Regrettably, the film has unfortunately been pirated and is now available for unauthorized viewing on various online platforms.
The movie starring Soubin Shahir is currently accessible on multiple unauthorized sites such as Filmyzilla and Tamilyogi. It can be downloaded in different qualities like HD (1080p), 720p, and 480p, as well as dubbed versions in Hindi and Tamil. The impact on the film’s total earnings remains uncertain due to its online availability for free.
As reported by Sacnilk, Pravinkoodu Shappu successfully amassed approximately 36.7 million rupees within four days in India. The film had an impressive debut, raking in 1.5 crore on its first day. Unfortunately, it saw a substantial decrease of around 50% on its second day, earning only 75 lakhs.
On the third day, earnings dropped slightly to approximately 74 million rupees, representing a decrease of about 1.33%. Preliminary reports indicate that on the fourth day, the movie earned around 68 million rupees. Although it started off well, the film’s decreasing revenues over the weekend suggest potential difficulties for its overall box office success in the coming days.
On its fourth day, Pravinkoodu Shappu observed fluctuating attendance rates across various showtimes in Malayalam (2D) cinemas. The morning performances had an attendance of 9.33%, which spiked noticeably in the afternoon, peaking at 18.33%. The evening screenings showed even more growth with an attendance of 23.67%, and the night shows saw a slight decrease, ending at 20.98%. These patterns suggest that audience attendance gradually grew as the day progressed.
