Marcus Mariota’s spouse, Kiyomi Cook, is an athlete by nature, having played soccer at Barlow High School. In 2008, she was recognized on all-state and all-conference teams. Born in Gresham, Oregon in 1993, Kiyomi grew up with her sister, Kerri. Her parents are Carol and Karl Cook. After completing high school, Kiyomi went on to attend the University of Oregon where she played soccer for the Ducks. She later graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in human physiology and psychology, and subsequently obtained a Master’s degree in exercise and nutrition science from Lipscomb University.
