Reports suggest that composer Anirudh Ravichander and director Nelson Dilipkumar are planning to attend the launch event.

Following a period of secrecy, creators of the hit film “Jailer” are now preparing to reveal thrilling details about its sequel, which was a massive success in 2023. The promotional unveiling for this sequel will be shown in numerous theaters spread across India, with cities like Chennai, Tirunveli, Coimbatore, Bengaluru, Thiruvananthapuram, Palakkad, and Mumbai included on the list.
2023 saw “The Original Jailer,” directed by Nelson Dilipkumar, become a blockbuster success, starring Rajinikanth. This film centers around a former prison guard mourning the loss of his son, believed deceased. Moved by sorrow and the pursuit of justice, the main character embarks on a quest for revenge, which leads him to unforeseen turns involving a complex heist plot.
In this movie, the jailer assembled a star-studded cast featuring Vinayakan, Ramya Krishnan, Tamannaah Bhatia, Vasanth Ravi, Mirnaa Menon, and Yogi Babu in important roles. Additionally, it was graced with special guest appearances by esteemed actors Mohanlal, Shiva Rajkumar, and Jackie Shroff.
Regarding the future ventures of Rajinikanth, he is presently engaged in the filmmaking process of Coolie, helmed by Lokesh Kanagaraj.
