Prabhas’ The Raja Saab to have audio launch in Japan? Composer Thaman S reveals exciting details about ‘mass songs’

As a dedicated follower, I’m eagerly anticipating my big-screen debut this year with the film “The Raja Saab,” directed by Maruthi. Though the specifics are still under wraps, music maestro Thaman S has shared a tantalizing tidbit about the project that promises to ignite excitement among fans.

During a chat with Prema The Journalist on YouTube, Thaman revealed that the producers have requested him to compose Japanese adaptations of the tracks from The Raja Saab. He hinted that there could potentially be a special audio release event held in Japan as well.

Given the massive following of the Baahubali actor in Japan, the creators might be planning a similar event for their upcoming horror-comedy movie. Regarding the music in Prabhas’s film, Thaman mentioned that this year we can expect him to feature prominently in energetic songs, which is something we haven’t seen in a while.

In simpler terms, the composer revealed that the movie includes a main theme song, a two-person duet, an opening tune, a dance sequence, and also a part where the actor dances alongside the three female leads in the latter portion of the film.

Thaman emphasized to fans that every tune in the movie would be captivating, making it no ordinary tale but more like a magical fairy story. He further hinted that the relatively low anticipation for the film is deliberately engineered by its creators.

The film titled “The Raja Saab” has Prabhas playing the main character, who portrays two distinct roles. In this romantic horror-comedy blend, Kalki takes the lead, while Nidhhi Agerwal and Malavika Mohanan are cast as his romantic interests.

Initially, the film was scheduled for release on April 10, 2025. However, news later emerged that the release has been delayed.
