Fox & Skip Bayless Sued for Sexual Battery & $1.5M Sex Offer

In a legal case brought forth in Los Angeles, Skip Bayless, along with other parties, is named as the defendant. This lawsuit, filed by hairstylist Noushin Faraji who reportedly worked for Fox Sports from 2012 until August 2024, alleges several misconducts. The 42-page document accuses Bayless of making inappropriate physical advances toward Faraji and proposing a payment of $1.5M in exchange for sexual favors. Additionally, the lawsuit asserts that Fox Network executive Charlie Dixon is guilty of committing sexual battery against Faraji.

On a fateful Friday back in January 3rd, 2025, I found myself embroiled in a lawsuit. The gist of the matter was that my colleague Bayless was accused of some uncomfortable actions towards me at work on Undisputed. It’s stated that after we started working together, he would give me lingering hugs and kisses on the cheek, often pressing his body against mine and inappropriately touching my breasts.

I made it clear to him then and there that I wasn’t interested in dating at work, and moreover, shared with him a personal health issue – that I had been diagnosed with ovarian cancer. Despite this, the allegations suggest he didn’t take my words or my health into account.

Contrary to the claim, these interactions did not stop Bayless from making an offer to pay Faraji $1.5 million in exchange for sexual acts, as stated in the lawsuit.

Or:

As per the lawsuit, despite these interactions, Bayless went on to propose a deal of giving Faraji $1.5 million for sex, not deterring him from doing so.

Or:

The lawsuit alleges that these interactions did not hinder Bayless’ advances; instead, he offered to pay Faraji $1.5 million for sexual acts.

As a gamer, I once found myself in a heated conversation with Bayless, and at some point, I brought up the fact that I was married, which he seemingly took as an opportunity to ask, “Don’t you follow Islam? Don’t your father have multiple wives?” (As reported by Newsweek)

As a gamer putting things in my own words, here’s how I might rephrase that sentence: At a West Hollywood birthday bash, I was allegedly inappropriately touched by Fox Sports EVP Charlie Dixon. When I confided in FS1 host Joy Taylor about this incident, she reportedly advised me to just move past it.

As I’ve been following this legal dispute, it seems that Taylor has criticized Faraji, not just casually but on both a personal and professional level. Additionally, she reportedly made fun of Faraji’s English pronunciation.

According to the court case, Faraji lost her position back in 2024 because of supposedly fake grounds. She has remained silent about it until recently, out of worry for potential negative consequences. (as reported by AP News)

In this legal case, Bayless, Taylor, Dixon, Fox (possibly two different people), Fox Sports, FS1, FS2, and several other parties have been named as defendants. The lawsuit aims to be classified as a class action on behalf of Faraji and others, with a jury trial and unspecified monetary compensation for Faraji being the desired outcomes.
