As a devoted fan of the epic fantasy genre, I am utterly thrilled by the addition of Olivia Williams, Luke Fetherston, Callum Kerr, and Nuno Lopes to the cast of The Wheel of Time Season 3! Their roles as Andor’s royal family promise an enthralling narrative that will undoubtedly enrich the already captivating storyline.
Four new actors, including Olivia Williams from ‘Dune: Prophecy’, Luke Fetherston known for ‘Doctor Who’, Callum Kerr from ‘One Piece’, and Nuno Lopes of ‘White Lines’, have been added to the cast of Season 3 of ‘The Wheel of Time’. These four will play members of Andor’s royal family.
In the role of Morgase Trakand, the Queen of Andor, Williams will be portraying a character who did not inherit her throne. Instead, when succession was uncertain, she launched a fierce war against several noble competitors. Despite her ruthless tactics, she proved to be politically astute and emerged victorious. Contrary to popular belief, Morgase is not a tyrant; rather, she is one of the most accomplished queens Andor has ever known.
Fetherston depicts Prince Galad from House Trakand, the dashing younger brother to Gawyn and Elayne, while Kerr takes on the role of Prince Gawyn from House Trakand, the elder brother to Galad and Elayne. Lopes portrays Lord Gaebril, who aids Queen Morgase in managing political and military affairs as her male companion and lover.

In a leading role, Rosamund Pike portrays Moiraine Damodred – an Aes Sedai sorceress – in The Wheel of Time series, where she embarks on a quest to find the Dragon Reborn. This individual has the potential to either save the world or bring about its destruction.
In addition to Pike, the cast of The Wheel of Time also features Daniel Henney as al’Lan Mandragoran, Josha Stradowski as Rand al’Thor, Zoë Robins as Nynaeve al’Meara, Madeleine Madden as Egwene al’Vere, Marcus Rutherford as Perrin Aybara, Dónal Finn as Mat Cauthon, Ceara Coveney as Elayne Trakand, Kate Fleetwood as Leandrin Guirale, Natasha O’Keeffe as Lanfear, Ayoola Smart as Aviendha, Kae Alexander as Min Farshaw, and Shohreh Aghdashloo as Elaidado Avriny a’Roihan. In Season 3 of Amazon Prime’s “The Wheel of Time,” Rand, having vanquished Ishamael at the end of Season 2, reunites with his companions in Falme and is recognized as the Dragon Reborn. However, the dangers against the Light escalate: the White Tower experiences internal discord, rogue Black Ajah operate freely, old adversaries resurface in the Two Rivers, and the remaining Forsaken are relentlessly pursuing the Dragon, including Lanfear whose bond with Rand will significantly impact their journey between Light and Dark. As Rand’s connections to his past weaken and his corrupted power intensifies, he becomes more unpredictable to his long-time allies, Moiraine and Egwene. Initially mentor and pupil, these two strong women must collaborate to prevent the Dragon from succumbing to darkness…regardless of the sacrifice required.
