As a die-hard fan with over a decade of experience in the realm of horror games, I can confidently say that the upcoming Dead By Daylight x Junji Ito collaboration is sending me into a frenzy! The release date for this incredible crossover (January 7th, mark your calendars!) promises to bring an array of chilling skins that will undoubtedly send shivers down my spine.
Before the debut of Dead By Daylight Chapter 34, Behaviour Interactive held a live broadcast detailing their plans for December and beyond in the new year. With much excitement building, fans can look forward to the traditional DBD Bone Chill event and the resurrection of Chaos Shuffle. However, what took everyone by surprise was the announcement of a collaboration with Junji Ito. The release date for the Dead By Daylight x Junji Ito skin collection has been scheduled for early 2025, and it promises some incredible outfits for both killers and survivors alike.
We have compiled the DBD December 2024 roadmap so far comprising of everything announced during BeHaviour’s Doomed Course livestream. Beyond next month, there is a lot to anticipate for next year. The final licensed killer of Year 9 is set to arrive in March, and leaks suggest it is Japanese killer, albeit not from The Grudge. As for what’s official, we are finally getting a chapter with FNAF.
We’re equally thrilled about Year 9’s last licensed killer and the upcoming FNAF, but what has us particularly excited is Dead By Daylight’s collaboration with Junji Ito! The collection of fantastic skins promises to be amazing, and luckily, we won’t have to wait long for its release.

A rumor has circulated about a horror collaboration between anime/manga and Dead By Daylight, and it seems this could be the partnership hinted at by leak sources. Some speculate that Perfect Blue might be involved, but many in the Dead By Daylight community are more eager for a collaboration with Junji Ito instead.
As a devoted admirer of Junji Ito’s captivating works, I am thrilled to express that these skins have been ingeniously crafted around his iconic characters. In the realm of legends, I transform into none other than Miss Fuchi from Rumors and Fashion Model, while another soul is blessed with the transformation into the enigmatic Tomie, in a skin aptly titled The Spirit’s Legendary.
Unlike other skins, none of them are legendary, but they’re exceptionally rare and visually stunning outfits. The Trickster hails from Souichi’s Convenient Curse, The Dredge draws inspiration from The Story of the Mysterious Tunnel, and Kate is inspired by House of the Puppets.
