Treyarch and Ricochet anti-cheat are actively developing new strategies to minimize the impact of cheaters on gameplay. Since the mode’s launch, they’ve already banned over 19,000 accounts, and this number is steadily decreasing – a promising sign we’re moving in the right direction.
For Black Ops 6, the upcoming Season 1 Reloaded patch brings fresh content and enhanced measures to combat cheaters further. This mid-season update also signifies the introduction of Ranked Play within Warzone. Given the ongoing issue with cheating, it’s possible that this problem may escalate in the battle royale mode due to its free-to-play structure.
