As a long-time admirer of gripping spy thrillers, I can hardly contain my excitement for “Inheritance,” starring the talented Phoebe Dynevor. Her impressive resume, including her role in Netflix’s 2023 thriller Fair Play and upcoming projects like Famous and Anniversary, has me convinced that she’ll deliver another captivating performance.
Ifc Movies has unveiled the official preview for the forthcoming espionage thriller, “Inheritance,” featuring Phoebe Dynevor from Bridgerton. The movie is slated to hit cinemas on January 24, 2025.
2023 saw Dynevor appearing in the Netflix thriller “Fair Play” alongside Alden Ehrenreich. Currently, she is set to star in two additional thrillers: one directed by Jody Hill titled “Famous”, featuring Zac Efron, and another named “Anniversary”, helmed by Jan Komasa, with Zoey Deutch also in the cast.

What happens in the Inheritance trailer?
In this video, you’ll find Dynevor playing a role where she transforms into a spy after her onscreen mother passes away. The movie showcases its thrilling action scenes using an unconventional method of filmmaking reminiscent of guerrilla style shooting, something not often seen in this genre.
The movie titled “Inheritance” is helmed by director Neil Burger, known for Divergent and Limitless. Olen Steinhauer collaborated with him in writing the screenplay. Alongside Dynevor, the mature-themed film features Rhys Ifans as Sam, Ciara Baxendale as Emily, Kersti Bryan as Jess, Byron Clohessy as Doug, Majd Eid as Khalil Jamal, and others in key roles. The production team includes Bill Block, Burger, and Charles Miller. Jackson Hunt and Nick Carew handle the cinematography and editing duties respectively.
