As a gamer with a deep love for nostalgia, I was thrilled to see the teaser trailer for Henry Danger: The Movie! Growing up, I was a die-hard fan of the original series on Nickelodeon, and it’s always exciting to revisit familiar characters.
In the recently unveiled sneak peek for the movie adaptation, titled “Henry Danger: The Film“, we find Kid Danger participating in the events – a full-length film spinoff of Nickelodeon’s popular live-action sitcom.
The 2014 television show “Henry Danger,” airing on Nickelodeon, chronicles the thrilling escapades of teenager Henry Hart, who secures a position as Captain Man’s sidekick, a superhero. Apart from battling crime in Swellview, Henry must maintain his secret identity even from his friends and family.
In the sequel film, Jace Norman once again takes on the characters of Henry Hart/Kid Danger. Alongside him, Ella Anderson continues her role as Piper Hart, Michael D. Cohen reprises Schwoz, and Frankie Grande returns as Frankini. A new addition to the cast is Glee Dango, who will play Missy Martin.

In the opening scene of the preview, Kid Danger chooses to embrace his superhero fate. The movie, “Henry Danger,” premieres on Nickelodeon this coming Friday, January 17 at 7 p.m., both on television (ET/PT) and streaming on Paramount+. The film is directed by Joe Menendez, with a screenplay penned by Chris Nowak and Jake Farrow.

“In the movie ‘Henry Danger,’ Henry Danger (Jace Norman) encounters an enthusiastic fan who wants to join forces with Kid Danger to combat crime. However, this superfan ends up getting a gadget that opens up different dimensions. As a result, Henry must rely on his friend Jasper (Sean Ryan Fox) and his new sidekick, the superfan, to navigate through these alternate realities or risk being trapped in another dimension forever.
In addition, Norman holds the position of an executive producer for the movie, working together with screenwriters Nowak and Farrow on this project.
As a dedicated game enthusiast, diving into the world of Henry Danger: The Movie feels like stepping right back into my childhood, reminiscent of the thrilling adventures I used to have with shows like Zoey 102 from 2023 and this year’s return of The Thundermans.
