Despite facing controversy upon its release roughly four years ago, CD Projekt RED managed to reframe the discussion surrounding their sci-fi RPG, Cyberpunk 2077, through updates and new content releases. This culminated in the launch of Phantom Liberty, an expansion offering additional story elements and features for Cyberpunk 2077 last year. Now, Phantom Liberty has surpassed sales of 8 million copies.
Additionally, it’s been confirmed that CD Projekt has transitioned its upcoming Witcher game into full-fledged development. Moreover, they are also embarking on the initial stages of creating a follow-up for Cyberpunk 2077.
