What is Moana 2 about?
The movie finds Moana and Maui three years on, embarking on a grand voyage with an unconventional group of sailors. According to the synopsis, this journey is triggered by a surprising call from her navigational ancestors. Moana then ventures into the vast, perilous waters of Oceania that have long been forgotten for an adventure she’s never encountered before.

In the next installment, Moana 2, the trio of directors – David Derrick Jr., Jason Hand, and Dana Ledoux – will guide the production based on a script penned by Jared Bush and Miller. Auliʻi Cravalho, Dwayne Johnson, Temuera Morrison, Nicole Scherzinger, Rose Matafeo, David Fane, Rachel House, and Alan Tudyk are among the talented voices lending life to various characters in this anticipated sequel.
In U.S. theaters starting November 27, 2024, the sequel to “Moana” will be shown by Disney. Right now, you can watch the original “Moana” on Disney+.
