Massive Update on Latest Signee Ahead of WWE RAW

As a lifelong WWE fan and someone who has followed the Anoa’i family’s impressive legacy closely, I can hardly contain my excitement! Lance Anoa’i, son of Samu and nephew of Afa Jr., is officially part of the WWE family and will be gracing our screens on NXT.

The recent upgrade offers significant insights about the newest recruit in WWE RAW, set to air soon. It was recently disclosed that a renowned figure from the influential Anoa’i clan has officially signed with WWE.

This past summer, Lance Anoa’i, who is the son of Samu and nephew of Afa Jr., officially joined the WWE. Unfortunately, his debut had to be postponed because of an injury, leaving his participation uncertain until now. Prior to this, Lance was a prominent figure in MLW and asked for his discharge last year, which the WWE granted. Ever since then, fans have been anxiously looking forward to seeing him perform.

For those who may not know Lance Anoa’i, he made an appearance on WWE RAW in 2019. During that time, his cousin Roman Reigns came to his aid after Shane McMahon and Drew McIntyre assaulted him. Although news broke about Lance Anoa’i joining the WWE, the specific brand he would be part of was unknown until now. Thankfully, the most recent update has finally shed light on his role within the organization.

Lance Anoa’i’s status confirmed with WWE NXT

After the release of recent updates, a picture surfaced depicting him dressed in NXT apparel together with other WWE Performance Center stars. Subsequently, his relative LA Smooth (also known as Lloyd Anoa’i) has publicly acknowledged his involvement with NXT.

During a chat with Keeks and Squeaks, LA Smooth shared that if he could choose one family member to join WWE, it would be his nephew Jacob Fatu. He’s overjoyed because he’s been eagerly waiting for them to recruit him. He added that another of his nephews, Lance Anoa’i, is already part of NXT at the moment.

Currently, Lance Anoa’i is sidelined due to an injury. However, we eagerly anticipate discovering the strategies that the promotion will implement for him in NXT when he recovers and can return to competition.
