Nintendo Music is a the company's new OST song-streaming app

As a seasoned gamer with decades of gaming under my belt, I must admit that the announcement of Nintendo Music has sent me into a nostalgic frenzy! Growing up, I remember countless hours spent on the original NES and SNES consoles, with the iconic tunes from Super Mario Bros., The Legend of Zelda, and Metroid etched into my memory like the grooves on an old vinyl record.

Nintendo recently introduced Nintendo Music, a fresh mobile application which allows users to stream tracks from beloved Nintendo video games directly. This service is now accessible on both iOS and Android devices, exclusively for Nintendo Switch Online subscribers.

In the preview for Nintendo Music, you’ll find an array of games showcased within this app, such as Mario, The Legend of Zelda, Pokemon, Metroid, Animal Crossing, and Fire Emblem. Each game has its own playlists, categorized by characters, themes, and moods. Moreover, there’s a special feature to help you skip songs with potential spoilers in their titles.

In simpler terms, the Nintendo Music application allows you to elongate your tunes by options such as 15 minutes, 20 minutes, or even an hour (60 minutes). Additionally, Nintendo has promised to continually enrich the app with new melodies in the future.
