As a seasoned gamer of life, I can confidently say that November 2024 is shaping up to be a banger of a month for streaming enthusiasts like myself! With the return of fan favorites Outer Banks and Cobra Kai, as well as the much-anticipated debuts of Arcane and A Man on the Inside, it’s clear that Netflix is pulling out all the stops.
2024 appears to have flown by at an astonishing pace, and it’s hard to believe there are just two months left in the year! However, this doesn’t mean that Netflix will be holding back on their upcoming releases – quite the contrary! The month of November is packed with exciting new seasons of fan favorites and fresh original series that you won’t want to miss. Some of the most popular shows on Netflix are also set to return in November, making it a must-watch month for streaming enthusiasts.
Apart from “Outer Banks” and “Cobra Kai”, along with other highly anticipated series set to premiere in November, binge-watchers can also look forward to the return of “Arcane” in a three-part release spread across the month. Additionally, there’s a special holiday edition of “Is It Cake?” waiting to be enjoyed, as well as season 2 of “Rhythm + Flow”, seasons 2 of “The Later Daters” and “The Empress”, and season 7 of “Chef’s Table”.
Curious about what new Netflix shows are worth adding to your watch list this November, and which ones might not be a priority? Here’s a rundown of the four must-watch shows and the two that you can afford to miss!
Outer Banks season 4 part 2
Look forward to it! The Pogues return in November following the premiere of Outer Banks season 4 on October 10th. The final five episodes of season 4 wrap up their latest thrilling escapade, where John B. and his companions are drawn back into the gold chase. In pursuit of Blackbeard’s treasure, the Pogues encounter fresh perils with new adversaries, but the quest uncovers a stunning revelation about JJ. Stay tuned to discover what happens next on November 7th!
Cobra Kai season 6 part 2
After a week, the Pogues embark on another chapter in their journey, just like how Cobra Kai returns with season 6 part 2 on November 15. This is the second of three parts making up the final season event, with the remaining episodes set to air in 2025. Each segment, including part 3 next year, will feature five brand-new episodes. Gear up for the Sekai Taikai and find out who emerges as the world champions. If you’re a fan, these episodes are not to be missed!
Cold Case: Who Killed JonBenét Ramsey
Mark your calendars! On November 25th, the three-part documentary series titled “Cold Case: Who Killed JonBenét Ramsey,” directed by renowned filmmaker Joe Berlinger, will be released on Netflix. This series will revisit the 30-year-old case and scrutinize the investigation’s shortcomings, with interviews from John Ramsey, JonBenét’s father. If you’re not a fan of true crime or feel that this case doesn’t warrant another documentary, chances are you won’t be eager to include it in your viewing plans.
A Man on the Inside
Get ready! After his notable roles in the Emmy-nominated “The Good Place” and the brief run of “Mr. Mayor”, Ted Danson is back on your screens. Joining forces once again with his “Good Place” creator, Michael Schur, Danson stars as a retiree who unexpectedly takes on the role of a private investigator for a significant case in the upcoming comedy series, “A Man on the Inside”. This exciting new show premieres in November 2024 and, given the talent involved, it’s anticipated to be one of the top new comedies on Netflix this year. Don’t miss out on it!
The Madness
Hey folks! I’m excited to let you know that starting on Thanksgiving, Nov 28th, I’ll be diving back into the thrilling world of Netflix with the limited series, “The Madness”. Starring Academy Award nominee and Emmy Award winner Colman Domingo as media pundit Muncie Daniels, this gripping conspiracy thriller has eight episodes. After discovering a body in the Poconos woods, Muncie is determined to clear his name.
Senna
After Netflix unveils The Madness, they also debut the biographical drama miniseries titled Senna, on the same day. This series revolves around the life and career of the renowned racecar driver Ayrton Senna, portrayed by Gabriel Leone across six episodes. It promises an intense and riveting viewing experience that will keep you glued from start to finish. However, if you’re not particularly fond of racing, Senna might not be your top choice for watching over the extended Thanksgiving weekend.
