On the occasion of Diwali, October 31st, Amaran is ready to make its grand debut on movie screens. This action-packed drama has been masterfully directed by Rajkumar Periasamy and produced by esteemed actor Kamal Haasan under Raaj Kamal Films International. The lead role of Major Mukund Varadarajan will be played by Sivakarthikeyan, with Sai Pallavi taking on the character of his wife Indhu Rebecca Varghese.

Besides the two main stars, Amaran’s cast will also include actors like Rahul Bose, Bhuvan Arora, Shreekumar, and Rohman Shawl, along with a few more.

It’s still unknown from the producers of the movie starring Sivakarthikeyan, but there are rumors suggesting a running time of approximately 2 hours and 47 minutes for the film.

The storyline of Amaran focuses on Major Mukund Varadarajan, unfolding during the Qazipathri Operation that transpired in Shopian, Kashmir, in the year 2014.

Lately, they released the trailer for the upcoming film where Major Mukund Varadarajan is seen having a heartwarming duet with his daughter, while Indhu Rebecca Varghese films the special moment from behind the camera.

The trailer for Amaran showcases not only touching family scenes featuring Major Mukund but also explores his tough personal odyssey, encompassing both his military duties and home life. At first, his parents harbored reservations about his decision to join the army due to its inherent dangers. Nevertheless, Mukund successfully persuaded them, paving the way for his military career.
