How to get Omniscient Eye
In the Garden of Salvation raid, the Sanctified Mind boss sometimes drops an item called the Omniscient Eye. Once you’ve collected five unique versions (identified by a red border), you can craft your own ideal version using the Relic in Savathun’s Throne World.
