Previously, Director Obeli N Krishna had collaborated with Suriya and AR Rahman on the 2006 Tamil film titled “Sillunu Oru Kaadhal.” This romantic drama served as his directorial debut, and it also starred Jyotika in a prominent role.
In this film, we follow the tale of two individuals, Gowtham and Kundavi, who begin a marriage orchestrated by their respective families. At first, they face challenges in finding contentment within their newly formed union. Yet, as time progresses, they gradually create a life filled with joy for themselves and eventually welcome a child into their world.
In this period, Kundavi discovers Gowtham’s old diary, in which he expresses his past affection for Ishwarya and discloses how his late uncle compelled him into marriage. Moved by his predicament, Kundavi reaches out to Ishwarya and proposes they spend an entire day together, despite the fact that Gowtham is currently married with a child.
The remainder of the movie delves into the series of happenings that transpire between Gowtham and his former lover, leaving viewers to ponder if they will reconcile at the potential cost of his marriage.
