As a long-time gamer with a heart for TV shows and a knack for binge-watching, let me tell you that 2024 has been a golden year for me, thanks to Netflix! The streaming giant keeps surprising us with classic and contemporary series that we can’t resist.
2024 saw Netflix consistently offering an abundance of delightful treats: they’ve been adding numerous cherished past and contemporary TV shows to their library, ensuring endless hours of binge-watching entertainment, in addition to their original productions.
In the post-“Suits” era, an array of captivating series like “This Is Us”, “The Resident”, “Fire Country”, “Interview with the Vampire”, “Sex and the City”, “Lost”, and “How I Met Your Mother” are (and have been) available for binge-watching on Netflix. In this revival period, what was once old is now excitingly new, and we can’t seem to get enough!
However, the broadcaster hasn’t wrapped up its mission of adding both well-known and underappreciated shows to its collection. This autumn, “Gossip Girl” makes a comeback on Netflix, followed by the October arrival of The CW classic. Later in the month, one of NBC’s lesser-known workplace comedies will start streaming on Netflix for the first time.
As per What’s on Netflix, the comedy series A.P. Bio produced by NBC in 2018 will become available for streaming on Netflix in November 2024. If you’re eager to watch or rewatch this underappreciated sitcom created by Mike O’Brien, here are some details about the show and its upcoming release on Netflix!
A.P. Bio coming to Netflix in November 2024
As a gaming enthusiast, I’m eagerly anticipating the arrival of “A.P. Bio” on Netflix this coming Friday, Nov. 15th. However, I can’t help but wonder if all four seasons with a total of 42 episodes will be streamable at that time. Fingers crossed!
Initially, the show A.P. Bio debuted on NBC back in 2018, running for a total of two seasons, with each season consisting of 13 episodes. Later, the series shifted to Peacock for its third and fourth seasons, which were composed of eight episodes each. Since these last two seasons were produced by Peacock, their availability on Netflix might be affected.
Despite the fact that Netflix currently doesn’t have seasons 3 and 4 of “A.P. Bio” upon their release, there’s a possibility they might join Netflix’s library at some point in the future, given Netflix’s existing relationship with Universal Television, as seen through their acquisition of “Girls5eva” seasons 1 and 2, and their airing of its third season as a Netflix original.
The comedy series titled “A.P. Bio” hails from executive producers Lorne Michaels and Seth Meyers, and boasts an impressive main cast consisting of Glenn Howerton, Patton Oswalt, and Paula Pell. This show revolves around a former Harvard scholar who finds himself back in his Ohio hometown, this time teaching high school biology.
The comedy series featured a multitude of amusing guest appearances, graced by stars such as Niecy Nash, Nikki Glaser, Taran Killam, Ron Funches, Angela Kinsey, Joe Manganiello, Erinn Hayes, Christopher Lloyd, and numerous others.
If you enjoy series such as “It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia,” “Community,” “Superstore,” and “Abbott Elementary,” then you might want to explore “A.P. Bio” on Netflix. Despite not being a ratings sensation, the show managed to fly under the radar until it was eventually canceled by Peacock in 2021.
If the final two seasons aren’t streaming on Netflix in November, you can catch up and complete your binge-watching of the series on Peacock, as all episodes are available there. Don’t miss out on this exciting finale!
