As a devoted horror enthusiast with a penchant for found footage films, I can hardly contain my excitement for Shudder’s upcoming series, “The Creep Tapes.” Having survived countless sleepless nights thanks to the genre, I’ve developed an uncanny ability to predict when a new victim is about to meet their untimely end… or so it seems.
Shudder has unveiled the trailer for “The Creep Tapes,” a forthcoming found-footage horror series that is the next addition to Mark Duplass’ movie franchise. The debut is scheduled for Friday, November 15th, simultaneously on Shudder and AMC+. The first two episodes will be available, with subsequent episodes dropping every Friday on both streaming services thereafter.

What happens in The Creep Tapes trailer?
In the upcoming video, we see the reemergence of notorious serial killer Peachfuzz, who deceives unaware victims into filming his crimes for him. The second installment of this series will again be helmed by Duplass, who in the original movie was presented as a killer named Josef.
The series “The Creep Tapes” is penned and overseen by Duplass and Patrick Brice, with the latter also taking on the director’s role. Other executive producers include Mel Eslyn, Jay Duplass, Chris Donlon, and Shuli Harel. This production originates from Duplass Brothers Productions and Shudder.
The miniseries follows the progression of revealing the twisted psyche of a solitary serial killer who deceives videographers with offers of well-paid work to record his life. However, as the camera starts rolling, it becomes clear that the killer’s intentions are questionable due to his bizarre actions. The unfortunate victims soon realize they may have made a fatal error.
