According to a recent press announcement, Dina’s former spouse, Tommy, has been given a seven-year prison term. This sentence came after he hired and subsequently aided a member of the Lucchese Crime Family to physically attack his current wife’s new husband. In return for this assistance, he arranged a free wedding reception for the mob.
After spending two-and-a-half weeks in trial at the federal court in Newark, Tommy was ultimately declared guilty. Having been convicted on three felony charges, he is now set to serve a total term of 84 months in prison. Currently, he is dealing with a variety of charges such as assisting racketeering, conspiring to commit a violent crime in aid of racketeering, and altering and hiding documents relevant to a federal investigation.
