As a long-time fan of animated shows and horror genres, I’m absolutely thrilled about Hulu’s new releases for October 14-20, 2024! The upcoming Family Guy: Halloween Special and American Horror Stories: Huluween Event are right up my alley.
For the week of October 14-20, 2024, Hulu is debuting fresh episodes of television shows and films, featuring the spooky specials “Family Guy’s Halloween Extravaganza” and “American Horror Stories: The Huluween Celebration.
On the 14th of October, Monday, the Family Guy: Halloween Special is set to premiere on Hulu. This special is rumored to center around Stewie and his toy dog, Rupert. Previews hint that Stewie may conduct a science experiment on Rupert, leading him to embark on a violent rampage.
On October 15, Tuesday, the Huluween Event for American Horror Stories will be released on the streaming platform. This event consists of five episodes, starring Michael Imperioli, Guy Burnet, Henry Winkler, Debby Ryan, Jeff Hiller, Victor Garber, Jessica Barden, June Squibb, and Angel Bismark Curiel as principal characters. American Horror Stories, co-created by Brad Falchuk and Ryan Murphy, is a spin-off or companion series to the popular show, American Horror Story.
This week also sees the release on Hulu of The LEGO Batman Movie. Directed by Chris McKay, this animated film is a humorous superhero adventure that boasts the vocal talents of Will Arnett and Zach Galifianakis as Batman and Joker respectively. The narrative revolves around Batman, who grapples with his deepest anxieties while thwarting a fresh plot from the Joker.
