The original cast members Sophie Rundle (from Gentleman Jack), Packy Lee (Blue Lights), Ned Dennehy (The Peripheral), and Ian Peck (His Dark Materials) are set to rejoin Cillian Murphy in an upcoming Netflix film. They will likely re-emerge in the roles of Ada Thorne, Johnny Dogs, Charlie Strong, and Curly respectively. In simple terms, this film is a continuation of the acclaimed gangster series and takes place during World War II. Directed by Tom Harper with a screenplay by Steven Knight, it also features the talents of Michael Murphy along with Rebecca Ferguson (Dune), Barry Keoghan (Saltburn), Tim Roth (Reservoir Dogs), and Stephen Graham from Boardwalk Empire, who will reprise his role as Hayden Stagg in Peaky Blinders.

Recently in December 2023, news broke that Netflix was planning two spin-offs of “Peaky Blinders.” The first one is set to be set during the mid-20th century, while the second one focuses on the early life of Helen McCrory’s character, Polly Gray.
