The dialogue seems contrived and reminiscent of daytime soap operas, creating a disconnect between the audience and the characters. This is particularly noticeable in the portrayal of a character’s death, which feels sudden and rushed, appearing to be a quick solution rather than a meaningful plot development.
The sudden change in the pace of the movie and the heavy-handed dialogue hint at a tendency towards moralizing their message. Unfortunately, Manju Warrier’s character as the superstar’s wife seemed underdeveloped and outdated, with minimal interaction between the two actors on screen, apart from an introductory song. Additionally, the inclusion of the song appeared to follow a typical recipe for creating commercially successful films within Tamil cinema.
