Returning to Lucky Drops, they are set for an update that aims to make them more versatile regarding their acquisition locations and the prizes you can receive upon opening one.
Key Details About The Lucky Drops Rework
Lucky Drops are undergoing a significant transformation as they’ll now be available in five distinct levels of rarity. Starting from the least rare with 1 star, and progressing up to the most rare with 5 stars. This change is replacing the previous system where items were categorized as Common, Rare, Epic, and Legendary.
As a passionate collector, I can’t help but notice that the more scarce an item is, the sweeter the payoff! This could mean unique Banners, expressive Emotes, valuable cards, rare Wild Cards, Evolution Shards for my favorites, and a hefty stack of Gold.
The revamp will not only increase the rewards from Lucky Drops but also make them easier to acquire. After the October update goes live, you’ll have the opportunity to collect Lucky Drops by accomplishing Daily Tasks and progressing through the tiers in the Pass Royale.
In essence, Supercell is indicating that free-to-play players can now potentially “collect five times the amount of Lucky Drops during each season.
