At the end of season 3, the narrative leaped ahead 18 months, with the Pogues tasked to embark on a quest for Blackbeard’s treasure. In contrast, season 4 will delve into the past, showing us how events unfolded leading up to that point, following their establishment of Poguelandia 2.0, a fishing gear and boat tour business.
The fourth season of “Outer Banks” is set to be divided into two parts, each consisting of five episodes. The first part will become available on October 10th, while the second part will follow on November 7th.
This season brings back our beloved characters such as John B (Chase Stokes), Sarah (Madelyn Cline), JJ (Rudy Pankow), Kiara (Madison Bailey), Pope (Jonathan Daviss), and Cleo (Carlacia Grant).

Actress Pollyanna McIntosh has been cast as Dalia, a charismatic yet malevolent character resembling a revolutionary leader who embarks on a looting spree. Famous for her roles in “The Walking Dead,” “The Ones Who Live,” “Double Blind,” and other productions, McIntosh will now be seen interacting with the Pogues.
Cullen Moss will reprise his character as Deputy Shoupe, a troubled police officer aiming for redemption. Moss has featured in every season of the show, gaining recognition for his portrayal of Officer Gorman in The Walking Dead, Your Honor, The Underground Railroad, Hidden Figures, and other productions.
