In 1999, he also worked alongside Carey on Whose Line is it Anyway? and played the character Javier Clemente Quintata on Felicity, a show that ran on The WB from 1998 to 2002.

In the year 1999, Gomez joined the main cast of the ABC sitcom “Norm,” starring alongside Norm Macdonald. He played a significant role on the series until its conclusion in 2001 after running for three seasons.
