What Happened to Blac Chyna & Twin Hector? Lawsuit Explained

As a follower of both Twin Hector’s music and Blac Chyna’s reality TV career, I must say that this recent turn of events has left me utterly shocked and saddened. The allegations against Blac Chyna are grave and if proven true, they paint a disturbing picture of her behavior towards Twin during their relationship.

Hector, a rapper previously involved with Angela White (formerly known as Blac Chyna), has recently filed a lawsuit against her. Many are curious about the circumstances leading to this legal action. For three years, Hector and Angela were in a relationship before they split up. Following her debut as Nicki Minaj’s stunt double in Ye’s (previously Kanye West) Monster music video, Angela gained prominence and has since appeared on reality shows like Rob & Chyna and The Real Blac Chyna.

Here is everything we know about Twin Hector’s lawsuit against Blac Chyna.

Twin Hector and Blac Chyna domestic violence allegations explained

Hector, who is one of Blac Chyna’s twins, has filed a lawsuit against her, alleging physical abuse during their time living together in Los Angeles. According to documents obtained by TMZ, an incident occurred in September 2021 when Chyna reportedly attacked Hector while he was asleep. She is said to have struck him repeatedly with her knees, elbows, and closed fists, causing severe injuries. Photos included with the documents show Hector’s eyes appearing swollen shut. Furthermore, it’s claimed that Chyna called upon her personal doctor to treat his injuries, but this individual arrived with blood still on their hands.

The evidence suggests that this event was not an isolated instance. It has been alleged that Chyna repeatedly physically abused Twin, with instances escalating particularly after she consumed alcohol or drugs. As per Twin’s account, the reality star occasionally resorted to using common household items like furniture, wires, and phones to assault him.

As a gamer, I can relate this to an unsettling scenario in a game where you’re unexpectedly ambushed by a formidable NPC (Non-Player Character). In real life, unfortunately, this happens when men find themselves victims of domestic violence at the hands of women. Kirk Edward Schenck, Twin’s lawyer, expressed this to TMZ. The shocking part is that these men often can’t defend themselves without being labeled as the perpetrator instead, which is untrue and terrifying. Every day in America, many men endure severe injuries, but the fear of being misunderstood or mislabeled keeps them from speaking up and asserting their legal rights.

Schenck went on to say, “Our client is prepared to assert his rights and find safety under California’s Domestic Violence Protection Act, a law that extends to all individuals regardless of gender. He encourages other male victims of domestic violence to also step forward with confidence.

According to TMZ, they reached out to Blac Chyna‘s team for a statement, but didn’t get one back.
