As a lifestyle and spirituality enthusiast, I recently embarked on a personal journey to seek cleansing and atonement. This pilgrimage led me to the revered Kanaka Durga Temple in Vijayawada, where I sought forgiveness for past allegations concerning the use of animal fat in Tirupati laddu prasadam.

Not long after, Pawan Kalyan spoke to the press and expressed his deep emotional pain over the malicious efforts to corrupt the holy prasad at Sri Tirupati Balaji Dham, a place of great cultural, religious, and devotional significance for us. To be honest, he confessed that he felt betrayed at heart.
He also mentioned that he intends to make a pledge to ask for God’s forgiveness and commit to fasting for eleven consecutive days. Towards the end of this eleven-day penance, on October 1st and 2nd, he plans to visit Tirupati, have a private audience with the Lord, plead for his forgiveness, and complete his atonement ritual in His presence.
On October 1, I’m embarking on a pilgrimage to Tirumala via the Alipiri route, following in the footsteps of Pawan Kalyan as he completes his 11-day Prayaschitta Diksha. The journey culminates on October 2, where I will humbly seek blessings from the Lord at the Sri Venkateswara Swamy Temple. Finally, on October 3 in Tirupati, I’ll have the privilege of listening to Pawan Kalyan’s wisdom as he addresses the Varahi Sabha, wrapping up his Diksha.
Following the revelation that certain Tirumala laddus, a holy offering, contained adulterated ingredients and even traces of animal fat, as per lab findings from Gujarat, Pawan Kalyan has taken on an 11-day initiative to atone.
