Harlequin: Lady Gaga to Drop Joker: Folie à Deux Companion Album

As a seasoned gamer with a penchant for music and movies, I’m absolutely thrilled about Lady Gaga’s upcoming album, Harlequin! Her versatility never ceases to amaze me – from A Star is Born to House of Gucci, and now as Harley Quinn in Joker: Folie À Deux.

Lady Gaga just announced the exciting release of her next album, a companion album to Joker: Folie À Deux titled Harlequin

The movie directed by Todd Phillips, a musical thriller scheduled for release on October 4, features Lady Gaga as Harley Quinn and Joaquin Phoenix as the Joker. Before this was officially confirmed, Gaga had been giving hints on social media about her upcoming seventh album.

She uploaded five distinct slides on her Instagram, each one saying something like: “I’m Prepared for My Interview,” “Keep Your Suggestions to Myself About What I Should Wear,” “No Duct Tape, No Mission,” “Moon Dust Spreads Everywhere,” and “It’s Still Not October.” It remains uncertain if Harlequin will be her upcoming album or merely the soundtrack for an upcoming film.

When is Harlequin coming out?

On September 27th, it was revealed that Lady Gaga, who starred in A Star is Born and House of Gucci, has scheduled the release of her new album, Harlequin. This will occur before the cinematic debut of Joker 2. The album boasts a total of thirteen tracks, featuring songs such as “Good Morning,” “Oh, When the Saints,” “If My Friends Could See Me Now,” “That’s Entertainment,” “The Joker,” “Gonna Build a Mountain,” “Happy Mistake,” and several others.

The artist has just dropped an unexpected collaboration track with Bruno Mars, titled “Die With a Smile”. You can now pre-order the song using this provided link.

As a dedicated fan, I’m thrilled to share that “Folie à Deux,” a film written by Scott Silver and Phillips, is a follow-up to the 2019 blockbuster Joker. It’s heartening to see Todd Phillips back in the world of Joker, this time steering the sequel, and I can hardly wait for Joaquin Phoenix to step into the iconic role once more.

In the forthcoming movie, Catherine Keener plays Maryanne Stewart, Brendan Gleeson portrays Jackie Sullivan, Zazie Beetz takes on the role of Sophie Dumond, Steve Coogan embodies Paddy Meyers, and Harry Lawtey is cast as Harvey Dent. Additionally, there are other notable actors in this film.

Joker: Folie à Deux hits theaters on October 4.
