'But I heard there were some issues': Rajinikanth addresses concerns over fake passes for Vettaiyan audio launch event in Chennai

As a die-hard fan of Thalaivar (Rajinikanth) for more than three decades now, I have seen many ups and downs in his illustrious career. But one thing that remains constant is his humility and concern for his fans, even amidst the grandeur of his success. During the audio launch event of Vettaiyan, despite the unfortunate incident with fake passes, Rajinikanth’s first thought was not about himself but about ensuring a smooth experience for his fans in future events.

At the audio launch event for Vettaiyan in Chennai on September 20th, Rajinikanth and the entire team had a fantastic time. However, there were some complications regarding the entry passes. It seems that some individuals managed to access the event in Chennai using fake passes, despite having purchased legitimate ones. Recently, Rajinikanth spoke about this matter during an interview with Sun News.

In the midst of fan commotion, Rajinikanth expressed that he’s become aware of the problem at hand and is hoping for a competent resolution from the organizers. He stated, “I’m pleased that the audio launch was successful, but I’ve learned there were some difficulties regarding the event tickets. I trust the authorities will rectify the situation and prevent such incidents in future events.

During the interview, Rajinikanth shared insights about his movie “Vettaiyan” and the popularity of the song “Manasilaayo”. He acknowledged Anirudh Ravichander’s music skills and attributed the song’s success to his hard work. Thalaivar also commended choreographer Dinesh Master for designing appealing dance moves for the hit track.

Rajinikanth expressed that Dinesh Master’s easy-to-grasp dance moves were vital. He also acknowledged the contributions of lyricists Super Subu, Vishnu Edavan, singers Deepthi Suresh, Anirudh, and Yugendran. Lastly, he encourages the audience to decide on the excellence of “Vettaiyan” once it hits theaters on October 10.

As a die-hard admirer, I can’t contain my excitement for Vettaiyan, masterfully directed by the brilliant TJ Gnanavel! This gripping tale follows an IPS officer who effortlessly dismantles criminal networks. Beyond the legendary Rajinikanth, this film boasts an impressive ensemble including Amitabh Bachchan, Manju Warrier, Fahadh Faasil, Rana Daggubati, and many more in key roles. The anticipation is real!

Following the completion of Vettaiyan, Rajinikanth will begin preparing for his character in Coolie. This film is being helmed by Lokesh Kanagaraj and boasts a star-studded cast that includes Sathyaraj, Nagarjuna Akkineni, Shruti Haasan, Soubin Shahir, and Upendra in key roles, among others.
