His latest acquisition of a luxurious duplex in the heart of Mumbai’s celebrity hotspot, Pali Hill, is yet another testament to his astute business sense and discerning taste. It seems that the actor is not only making waves in the film industry but also leaving an indelible mark in the real estate sector.
For a while now, Prithviraj Sukumaran has been basking in the glory of his achievements. More recently, he expanded his portfolio by making a significant financial commitment and acquiring a grand two-story property in Mumbai, India’s bustling commercial hub.
According to Square Yards, Prithviraj Sukumaran’s brand-new duplex can be found in the upscale neighborhood of Pali Hill, Bandra, Mumbai. This area is particularly popular among entertainments industry celebrities due to its convenient proximity to major filming locations and studios, which reduces travel time significantly.
The property spans an expansive area of around 2971 square feet, and it includes four assigned parking spots as part of the duplex layout.
The luxury property comes with a price tag of Rs. 30.6 crores. The actor has paid a stamp duty of Rs. 1.84 crores as well as a registration fee of Rs. 30K. Prithviraj’s swanky duplex was obtained under the name of Prithviraj Productions Private Limited, the actor’s own production house.
For those not in the know, the actor, together with his spouse named Supriya, currently own a house in the same district where they reside. Previously, they owned an older apartment located within the Pali Hill neighborhood, which was valued at approximately Rs. 17 crores.
In his personal life outside of acting obligations, it’s uncommon to spot Prithviraj at public events or captured by photographers. Yet, on August 7, 2024, the star was photographed by paparazzi in Mumbai as he ventured out for some work-related activities within the city.
With his usual charm, he was impeccably dressed in a pristine white shirt. Polite as ever, Prithviraj greeted the photographers, sharing a moment or two, before stepping gracefully into his vehicle.
