As a die-hard Venom fan with over two decades of comic book history under my belt, I can hardly contain my excitement for the upcoming blockbuster, Venom 3: The Last Dance! Having grown up reading the symbiote saga from its inception, I’ve always been captivated by the enigmatic villains that have haunted Eddie Brock and Venom throughout their adventures.
In the trailers for Venom 3: The Last Dance, we get a glimpse of a fresh batch of adversaries, among them Knull and Toxin. With these new villains set to make an appearance, fans are eagerly awaiting to find out who else will be joining the movie. Scheduled for release in October, The Last Dance is rumored to mark Tom Hardy’s final standalone portrayal of Eddie Brock/Venom. The plot unfolds as Eddie and Venom flee from both the US government and a group of Symbiote creatures dispatched by Knull to apprehend him.
Here is a list of all villains set to appear in Venom 3: The Last Dance.
All villains set to appear in Venom 3: The Last Dance?
The following villains have been confirmed or teased for Venom 3: The Last Dance.
Knull
In the upcoming movie “Venom 3: The Last Dance,” it has been revealed that Knull serves as the main antagonist. According to the latest trailer, Knull is responsible for creating both Venom and other symbiotes. Furthermore, it’s Knull who dispatched the symbiotes in pursuit of Eddie Brock (Venom) on Earth. Interestingly, it appears that Venom shows a degree of fear when Eddie mentions the name “Knull.
Symbiote dragons?
Trailer previews for Venom 3: The Final Showdown hint at giant, serpentine symbiote creatures serving as main antagonists for both Eddie and Venom. These monstrous beings are part of an invasion fleet of symbiotes dispatched by Knull to apprehend Venom on Earth.
Patrick Mulligan’s Toxin?
As a devoted fan, I can’t help but share my excitement about Stephen Graham’s character, Patrick Mulligan, being hinted as Toxin in Venom 3: The Last Dance. In the trailers, we see him captive under the watch of US government scientists, a stark contrast to his bonding with the symbiote at the end of Let There Be Carnage. Given this new development, Mulligan could be an ally or potentially a formidable adversary for Eddie and Venom. His bitterness towards them stems from their role in his exposure and unintentional union with Toxin.
Orwell Taylor
Reports indicate that Chiwetel Ejiofor may be portraying a character named Orwell Taylor in an upcoming project. According to Daniel RPK’s sources (from Comic Book Movie), this character was once a U.S. Army general who tragically lost his son Hugh to Venom. In response, Taylor seeks retribution by establishing a group called Jury and equipping them with armor designs pilfered from Iron Man.
Dr. Payne (Scream)?
In the previews for The Last Dance, it hinted at Juno Temple’s character, Dr. Payne, potentially transforming into Scream. This was suggested by scenes where she was seen close to yellow symbiotes. In the comic books, Scream is a complex character who can function as both an antihero and villain, depending on who it possesses.
