In an interview with The Times of India, Ram Charan shared that when he’s with his grandmother (Klin), he takes on a protective role, allowing her to playfully hit and punch him. He finds this endearing, as it reveals a unique side of his father. When referring to his father, he prefers the nickname ‘Chirutha’, finding the term ‘grandfather’ too dull.

Additionally, he clarified that Thatha signifies grandfather in the Telugu language, while Chirutha stands for Cheetah. Ram Charan expressed that witnessing his parents playing with their daughter Klin Kaara brings him an overwhelming sense of happiness. He further mentioned, “You should know, it’s been a decade-long wait for Upasana and me, so we are all beyond joyful. Klin has brought such good fortune into our lives.

Previously, the renowned actor shared a heartfelt memory about his reaction when he found out about their pregnancy. He stated, “We had been eagerly awaiting this news for more than six years. Upon returning from Japan following the promotion of RRR, they gathered us to break this joyous news. It was one of my most blissful moments; I could hardly contain my tears.

It is worth mentioning that It was Chiranjeevi who confirmed Ram Charan and Upasana’s pregnancy news through a social media post in 2023.
