During a Q&A session during an H1 2024 conference call with investors and analysts, CD Projekt RED’s co-CEO, Michal Nowakowski, shared that the company has plans for more animated content, but at this time, they are not planning a Season 2 for Cyberpunk: Edgerunners. However, he didn’t entirely rule out potential new animation projects in the future.
This alignment is also in line with the sentiments at CD Projekt RED, particularly those involved in bringing Cyberpunk to Netflix, like Edgerunners producer Saya Elder.
