Published by Berkeley, this represents the third book from Shepard within approximately a year’s time. Truly, she’s a prolific writer, and I can’t help but appreciate it since her books consistently bring me joy.
In simpler terms, you might understand her debut as “She’s quite skillful at writing” and her sophomore novel as “Sweeten the Deal is another captivating tale that I haven’t read yet”.
Approaching “No One Does It Like You“, I was brimming with anticipation, and Katie Shepard certainly delivered. A big thank you to Berkley for providing me with an ARC, allowing me to express my opinions to everyone.
No One Does It Like You is an incredibly done second-chance romance.
In this tale, we find ourselves switching between two distinct characters: Rose and Tom. Each is grappling with significant transitions in their lives. Rose faces the heart-wrenching prospect of potentially saying goodbye to a substantial portion of her past, from childhood to young adulthood. Conversely, Tom embarks on an ambitious career shift that could catapult him into stardom.
